Creating Places For Experience
Pacific Sands Resort
Stack Modular was engaged to design, build, manufacture, and install a 43 suite hotel in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia. This hotel was ranked one of BC’s top hotels in 2019 and is a landmark for tourists across the world. This award-winning project included 53 Modular Units and was craned in place in just 10 days.
Aqsarniit Hotel and Conference Centre
and a 5,000sqft conference center, lounge, restaurant, gym, spa, and commercial space. A sophisticated turnkey modular solution that was built and installed in one of the coldest and most remote places in the world.

As a design-assist firm, we start with the idea and the project opportunity. We work collaboratively with the project owner to define what can be built, for how much, and in what timeline. We invest valuable time in our discovery process to work out every detail and element of a hospitality project. It is critical that before we move into the manufacturing process that each element is defined and organized.
